Error PEOF

I was running Techtools and "error PEOF" came up...will this pose as a long term problem? The computer runs fine...I really don't want to reformat my drive. Anyone know about this? Thanks in advance.

Try reinstalling TechTool. PEOF probably means "premature end of file."
