iOS Mapkit: Pin annotations, how to put code behind them?

How do you put code behind a pin annotation so that if the user selects a pin I can run code to, for example, jump to another view?
 
Set up a mapView:annotationView:calloutAccessoryControlTapped:method in your MKMapViewDelegate.
