Quick question - MobileMe decided today to randomly STOP pushing mail. Nothing changed - I still have it set to PUSH MAIL, but the only way I received mail today was when I OPENED the Mail feature - it then went out and grabbed my messages.

And here I thought no one needed me today. 😕

I think it was probably just an issue today. I had a similar problem. Noticed I was getting emails on my computer but they weren't being pushed to my phone.

did you contact MobileMe, their support (i usually live chat) is pretty good..

ps. i've had no issues yesterday and/or today with it.

MobileMe has been a little gltchy as of late. I was actually gonna post a thread about this.

I haven't had any e-mail issues but this past week, I've been having syncing issues with the calendar and contacts -- to the point where I have to re-enter lost data that didn't get sync'd the first time. MobileMe has never been a perfect service anyway, but they usually clear up after having some "buggy" periods.

Well - apparently it was just a glitch for about two days. It seems to be back to normal.

Mobile Me is the easiest way for me to PUSH my GMail. Easy as pie - the only glitch is that you have to monitor how you reply to emails. Sometimes you can accidentally reply via the me.com address.

yes, they should put in a "email from" feature.. that would make it close to perfect in my opinion. gal @ MobileMe i chatted with said tell MobileMe sales, which i did.. did not get a response back (this was 3 weeks ago)
