Hello.

I have the following very significant problem in my workflow:

My Mac Pro (2008-10.5.7) can access all Macs on my network but those same Macs that I can access cannot access the Mac Pro.

This happens every time I go through the Finder (Network [Cmd+Shift+K]) window and then select my Mac Pro from the list on any of our Macs in the network such as the iMac (2008-10.5.7), Mac Mini (2005-10.4.11), iBook G4 (10.4.11) and MacBook Air (2008-10.5.7).

This happens with the File Sharing and Screen Sharing services. Both are enabled on the Mac Pro and for testing purpose I have allowed all access to all users.
The firewall is also set to 'Allow all incoming connections'.

Using Cmd+K and entering either afp://IP or vnc://IP doesnt work either and simply times out.

The weird thing however is that my iTunes library, which is shared, does work on those Macs!
Other iPhone apps such as 'iStat' or 'Rowmote Pro' which are running background daemons also work and my iphone can connect.

My router is the Apple Airport Extreme basestation, but this problem also exists in my ad-hoc network.
The Mac Pro is wired to the Airport Extreme via a Cat6 cable.

I would appreciate any and all suggestion that may fix this as I would hate to have to reinstall the OS because of this as everything else is running perfectly smooth.

Thanks for reading.
M.
