Macbook pro mb990 v mb467

Does anyone know the difference between thes two models, they both look veery similar the mb990 is cheaper. Which should I buy its only 70 quid cheaper so if the 467 is better Ill get it, Thanks

The 467 is indeed a newer, more up to date model.

The 467 is the aluminium MacBook. It's a bit quicker than the 990 MacBook pro but lacks the FireWire, sd card slot, better screen, longer battery life and 8GB RAM limit of the MacBook pro.

MB467 = 2.4GHz unibody MacBook.
MB990 = 2.26GHz unibody 13" MacBook Pro.

I'd go for the Pro for a better overall experience.

Incorrect.

MB466 and MB467 were aluminium MacBooks. MB990 and MB991 are the new 13" MacBook Pros.

I thought the new MB467 had FireWire, backlit keyboard and ddr3 ram. What are the MBP like to upgrade ram etc. I thought the MacBook aluminium was done away with the 467 has the smae gfx card as the 990 don't want to get left with old technology as the 467 us newer
