Because the "toys" Apple makes aren't for REAL work.

People see iPhone as a "fun" phone, the Blackberry is primarily viewed as a "work" phone (because it's boring, like work )

Apple's strategy is very ingenious. They have essentially matched Blackberry functionality and have provided for multiple cheaper alternatives on the backend. Blackberry requires BES and Exchange. iPhone can utilize Exchange eliminating the need for BES or even better yet, Snow Leopard Server eliminating the need for BES and Exchange licensing. I have eliminated Blackberries replacing them with iPhones at my business and will install a Snow Leopard Server at release to eliminate Exchange. For larger businesses, the potential money savings in freezing out Microsoft upgrades and moving towards open source/unlimited client servers is obvious.

Sorry but what does this actually show? That people who bought an iPhone for their own use might on occasion use it for corporate use?

Silly survey is silly.

I highly recommend you check out Kerio Mail Server. It's a mature mail server / groupware product with excellent support for iCal via CalDAV and iPhones via ActiveSync. As a groupware product and mail server, it beats the pants off of Leopard Server. We shall see if Snow Leopard Server can catch up...
