Gap in the top of the side panel
Disregard - Issue solved. Don't know how to remove post. Sorry for wasting your time.
Just got a new MP and I noticed that there is a gap in the side panel in the rear of the cabinet. The front pops in but the back does not. I can still close the latch but the panel does not come all of the way in and leaves a gap. Is this pretty common or reason for concern? Last edited by jleffell; Aug 6, 2009 at 01:17 AM. Sounds like you have a slightly warped side panel. If it's a new machine purchased from an AppleStore or via Apple's Online Store send it back to Apple, you have 14days for evaluation..
