There are numerous computers that sell on eBay with software that is clearly pirated? I don't understand why this is such a big deal now. Pirating software is not good, etc, etc, etc... (Not sarcastically, I am on a different side of the fence then Hellhammer on this one)

this is such a scam. nothing like 1200.00 for a mini with 2gig of ram a 320 hard drive and a bunch of software without the discs. lets see if eBay pulls his auction for pirating software.

Hah, see that all the time. I don't think you should ever increase price because of software included unless you actually have the disc but even then, it shouldn't be by a lot. You don't charge a higher price for a car you're selling because you added a body kit and sound system.

and a bunch of software without the discs.

Just not having the discs doesn't mean you don't have rights to the software. I bought my CS3 Suite as a direct download from Adobe. As an added benefit I can log on anytime and re-download so I don't have to keep backups in a secure second location.

how about him trying to convince that 5400 rpm drive is "extremely quick" and is "much faster than most small computer hard drives (which are 4200 RPM)" OK buddy. DOUCHE.

The ad also says:

'This Graphics card is powerful and can play all the latest games and high definition movies with no problems. "

So the mini can play all these complicated multiplayer action games that most other macs can't?
