it happens all the time though they dont always pirate the software it will never sell

There are numerous computers that sell on eBay with software that is clearly pirated? I don't understand why this is such a big deal now. Pirating software is not good, etc, etc, etc... (Not sarcastically, I am on a different side of the fence then Hellhammer on this one)

i came across a cl ad where he was jacking the price up for the computer precisly for all the software he was including

i emailed him asking if he had any of the software disks and he said he didnt

made me mad

A lot of people have been doing that lately.

Hah, see that all the time. I don't think you should ever increase price because of software included unless you actually have the disc but even then, it shouldn't be by a lot. You don't charge a higher price for a car you're selling because you added a body kit and sound system.

Just not having the discs doesn't mean you don't have rights to the software. I bought my CS3 Suite as a direct download from Adobe. As an added benefit I can log on anytime and re-download so I don't have to keep backups in a secure second location.

Why should ebay care? They can always hide one way or another.

how about him trying to convince that 5400 rpm drive is "extremely quick" and is "much faster than most small computer hard drives (which are 4200 RPM)" OK buddy. DOUCHE.

The ad also says:

So the mini can play all these complicated multiplayer action games that most other macs can't?
