Target Disc Mode

I have an eMac that I want to transfer data from to a new iBook. Do I start the eMac and then start the iBook in target mode, and how long does it take for the info to come over? I think I did it right, but only a partial iPhoto folder came over. I was also wondering how to migrate the AddressBook contacts and Mail. Thanks for any help.
 
Connect the FireWire cable to the iBook and the eMac.
Restart the eMac, immeaditly after you hear the startup chime, press and hold the "T" key
A hard drive image should show up on your iBook.


Sorry, I don't know about Address book.
