I've been using backgrounder since I got my 3GS and while I love it, I find it hard to remember which apps I still have running in the background! I sometimes use SBSettings' "Processes" to see, but that takes too much hassle. Is there any sort of GUI for backgrounder available?

Backgrounder used to have a convenient icon displayed on the running apps. It isn't compatible with 3.0 yet, but the developers are working on it.

just be careful with how you use it....since its not really working properly with 3.0 (only basic backgrounder) it has to be watched closely or it will eat through your battery. You can keep things running in the background, but you must close them down when you do or they will run your battery dead.
