Possible to block calls from one number without contacting AT&T?

Hey,

I wanted to know if it's possible to block calls/texts from a single number using GSM codes or something like that? I can only find GSM codes for Australia, and I'm on AT&T. I'm jailbroken but the Cydia apps that I found all have trial periods. I know other phones on AT&T can do it because of this. My friend on Verizon could do it on his LG Voyager and annoyingly blocked me for two days. Anyway, thanks in advance!
