Speed up safari by removing lang packs?

I remember there was a post about it a while ago...how you can remove the language packs in safari to speed it up a bit...

I tried searching...tried ALOT, even went to google...

Anyone remember that? or how to safely remove the lang packs?

I don't think you can remove language packs on an iPhone. Somebody please correct me if I am wrong.
