Mobility Radeon x1600 decoding Blu-ray discs
I'm thinking of just buying an external Blu-ray drive and Arcsoft Totalmedia Theatre software to watch Blu-rays either on my Macbook Pro or more often outputting to a 1080p plasma tv. Do you know if ATI's Mobility Radeon x1600 with 128 MB can handle this? I saw on Arcsoft's site that their software recommends an Intel G45 Express chipset and am not sure if the Radeon is more powerful than the Intel chipset.
edit: Which forum would be better for my question, since nobody has responded after over 70 views?
