Has anyone purchased a Mac for this campaign? Just curious if the iPod touch you receive is refurbished or new. Thanks.

New. They're getting rid of the old stock to make room for the new ones to be announced the day after the promo ends.

Quite right, I figured that it was a kill two birds with one stone move (get rid of old stock while offering the consumer which can only boost sales).

Sadly this offer is not available here in Japan 😡 so I may have to get my family back home to send it over here if buy it from the North American Apple store...ugh.
