How´s the powersupply in England?
Not sure I made the topic clear enough, but I was wondering if the ordinary sockets in the wall are "ordinary"? By that I mean in Scandinavian standards, which is two-hole 220 volts.
The reason I´m asking is that I´m moving to Kent in the fall to study, and I´m carrying along my Powerbook g4.

We also use 220V here in the UK, but the plugs are three-pronged. You should be able to pick up an adaptor for a few pounds.

I think it's 240V in the UK, not 220.
PowerBook power supplies can handle pretty much anything with the right adaptor though, so you should be fine. AppleMatt |

Yep, 240 volt at 50hz, and a standard Apple PSU will autosense from 240 down to 110 I think, You just need an adapter as mentioned, very cheap.
