Yeah. The frame around the screen has 3 nasty spiderwebish cracks in it. Anybody have a home remedy for this?

can't see the picture, but the solution is to fix it(replace) or live with it. if it's the bezel, you'll have to do major disassembly... meaning take out the lower portion to disconnect the lcd display first before you can replace the plastic part.

You just have to disassemble the top LCD panel. Just be careful prying the LCD inverter as it is stuck to front bezel with double-sided sticky tape. Other than that, there's less than 16 screws holding it all together, just keep track of them when you take it apart.

You can find replacement bezels on ebay for a cheap price. I have a few extras too if you want to buy one from me. Just send me a PM.

Just noticed you have a 14" G3, my bezels are all G4 iBooks 12" and 14".
