Ok... here's the situation. I work in tech support, and just recently one of the techs who works with me was feeding a Mac customer a bunch of BS about how Macs definitely have lots of viruses now, they only didn't in the past because they were unpopular, blah blah blah.
Really the customer's issue was not related to a virus at all, but the tech just wanted to assume that so he didn't have to deal with the problem.
Is there any site that tracks OSX viruses/malware?
I know there have been a small number of threats in the past that have been patched, most of which were just theoretical threats anyhow.
I know there are lots of sites to track Windows virus counts... just hoping to find something similar for OSX so I can say "Take a look at this..." when I tell him he's wrong
