How to monitor windows servers?

Is there an app that I can use to monitor windows servers? I want to be able to at least check the basics such as, hard drive space, cpu, network and ram. Would be nice to view logs as well. I saw iStat for mac and was wondering if there was a windows alt.

There are some remote desktop apps, some can't do what you want, but I think the more expensive $30 ones can connect and do the basics for you. Just go to the app store and search on remote desktop.
