Okay, I have no clue where to put this but i just need help. So I got a new laptop, the macbook pro. I had an apple before but I was wandering around on here and this app got opened. only problem is I don't know how to close it, and it won't shut up. It is this black bar that tells me everything I do and every time I go o a site it has to point out everything and won't let me scroll down. I might be able to shut it down if I knew what it was called. could someone please help!

Try going to System Preferences, then Universal Access.
Is the "VoiceOver" selected as "on?" If so, change that to off.
Is the "VoiceOver" selected as "on?" If so, change that to off.
