Hi!

Although I have done jailbreaks some times now, I finally think the Ipod touch 2g is now bricked. I restored it to original firmware 3.0 with itunes sucessfully and tried to jailbreak with redsn0w 0.8. Everything seems to work as usual (I saw data being uploaded and the "running pineapple" logo), but then, it was off.

Black screen, power and home button have no effect. Holding both keys for any amount of time as well as trying the DFU mode key combo (power 3 sec, both 10 sec, then home only) do nothing. Screen/device is an stays off, no response.

The mac doesn't recognise anything when I attach it via USB, so no restore is possible as well.

Plugin it on power supply only also show no sign of life.

Because I hoped that an empty battery might have been the cause, I put it on power supply for some time, but also now: No change.

Is there any help? Thank you!
