In which I'm trapped by the reality distortion field

I watched the keynote from WWDC via the QT stream last night, and was compelled - by a force stronger than all of my combined financial senses - to order myself a new Dual 2.5Ghz G5 and a 30" Cinema Display.

Counting the days until August.

Good for you.

It's good to know that product marketing still works. You should of waited for the new iMac though, if you aren't sure about Money.
 
I'm sure tht the iMac would do everything in the world that I want - but without the jaw-dropping power of the 30" display.

And I'm pretty sure that I'll find some excuse to buy an iMac when it comes out anyway. It'll be back-to-school time, and our kids are going back to preschool after all.
