Restore personal data on Mac using iPhone??

I just got a new MBP but in my haste failed to back up my address book/contacts. I do, however, have them all up to date on my iPhone... Is there any way I can restore them to my Mac from my iPhone? I'm reluctant to just connect it to iTunes and click 'Sync' as I don't want it to copy my
Mac's data to my iPhone, but rather the opposite... Any ideas??

Should work just by syncing.

As further protection from something getting messed up, I use Funambol to back up my contacts. Just a FYI.

Hey guys, thanks for that. I have backups of all my contacts/calendars, but they're about a month old, so I just wanted totry and get them from my phone instead. Will try synching!!
