3.1, iTunes 9 and Smart Playlist Syncing

Hi All

Since upgrading to 3.1 and iTunes 9 the playlist I have syncing to my iPhone which are smart playlists in iTunes are completely different on my phone than they are in iTunes. For example I have a 20 Recently Played playlist which just lists the 20 last songs played. This is fine in iTunes and in the playlist viewed on the iPhone in the iTunes source pane, but on the iPhone itself just appears to be 20 random songs. It's the same for all other smart playlists.

I've tried unsyncing all my playlist and re adding them, but it's made no difference.
