EU volume cap on 5G Nano?

Can anyone from Europe or the UK confirm if there is a volume cap on the 5th gen Nano's?

I haven't given mine a proper blast yet, but for some reason I didnt have to set the volume limit this time. It seemed to be already set to max.

Thats one thing that annoyed me about my 4G, was the fact it would always lower the volume whenever I turned it up to the top...even though I had it set to the maximum..which was still pretty quiet imo.

I hope they did remove it, or maybe these early batches slipped through by mistake.
