Block all incoming calls?
Is there a way to block all incoming calls without going into Airplane mode?
Sometimes when I'm studying or running or whatnot I don't want to disturbed by any calls, but would still like to browse the web and use the iPhone's 3G features.

No. You could put the phone on silent. Or enter Airplane Mode, then re-enable the Wi-Fi, and use that to surf.

It can be done if your iPhone is jailbroken. If so, take a look at iBlackList and mCleaner.
