Most underrated band of all time?

I thought it would only be fair to nominate not only the most overrated, but the most underrated band who needs more credit and fame for their talents.

I am nominating Copeland, and this Japanese band I recently discovered called Toe. They are unbelievable.

I think ZOX. They never get the attention they deserve.

However noble I find your initiative to get people to post the most underrated bands, I also think it's utterly useless. There are way more bands that are not or only bearably known than there are bands that are widely known. I think it would be more appropriate for people to post the names of bands that deserve more attention and to ask the posters to describe those bands' musical style and to list the reasons why those bands deserve more attention. But then again, I didn't create this thread, so I should just shut up.

I think rock-band Nine Black Alps deserves more attention.

iTunes link

Oddly, iTunes is selling their new album that supposedly doesn't come out until next month.

I remember when Liam said they were going to smash all The Beatles sales records and such. This was in an interview in 1995 when "morning Glory" came out. What ever happened to Liam? His ego got to him, i think..

Admittedly, "Morning Glory" was a fine album. But they were Beatles wannabees and they know it, there's no way they could've topped Beatles sales.

They're in the Rock and Roll hall of fame! The name is just not well known amongst younger listeners
