iOS Dashcode version

I have Dashcode 2.0.1 installed. I recently purchased the WWDC 2009 videos and they keep showing Dashcode 3.0. How can I get a copy of Dashcode 3.0? I recently also downloaded the iPhone SDK. Apparently Dashcode 2.0.1 is in the SDK.
