iPod touch hide keyboard

how can i hide the keyboard after it appears? for example when setting the mail accounts it appear to enter the login etc.. and it stays there.
 
Sometimes there is a button labeled Done located on the bottom right of the KB. Tapping that will dismiss the KB.
 
i tried both while adding an email account in the settings menu. none of them worked 🙁
