I was wondering if there was a way to turn off the recently used folders/apps/docs in OS X. I remember doing it in 9, but I can't seem to find the option in OS X.

Thanx for any help

You can change the preferences in General in the System Prefs. Just set the values to "0". That only takes care of the recent apps and docs, though. Not sure if you can do that with the Recent Folders or not.

Unfortunately, it will not let me go below 5 recent apps or documents

Any additional help would be appreciated
