GRR! I require a bunch of different clients to upload files to my web host every month. Since most of them don't want to deal with learning how to install and use a simple FTP client, I want to set up something through their web browser.
I have been discussing this with a few people, but they told me that there are limitations with pho, perl, etc. I need to have the capabilities to upload files that range from 30-100 mb. Also keep in mind that 95% of these people are running on PC's.
