Old iBook Clamshell with MacOS 10.3.9 = No 3D support! Can 10.0 or 10.1 help???

I got my old iBook clam-shell fixed and bought a copy of MacOS 10.3 and installed it, but there is no 3D support or openGL support.

So my question is can 10.0/10.1 or even 10.2 support openGL/3D with the ATi Rage found on the iBook Clamshell "Blue"

Your limitation is the amount of VRAM. So no Quartz/OpenGL 3D unless you have at least 16MB, regardless of OS Version.
