Airport 3.4.2 update

Does this update affect after market wireless routers? I have a D-Link DI-624 connected to an eMac and an iBook G4 connected wirelessly.
 
I'm using a Dlink 714P+ without issues.

You have to be careful with the dlink routers, though, as they don't always play nice with others...
