I just got a 12" Powerbook G4 1.33 Ghz w/ Mini DVI out

I am attempting to connect it to my Princeton LCD, but I'm having some troubles. For some reason red appears as black on the LCD, making the image greenish/yellowish. I've read in the Discussion Forums on apple.com that other people have been having exactly the same issues, but there were no solutions listed. Any ideas what to do? I REALLY don't want to have to send in my laptop.

Thanks.

PS: I'm using the Mini DVI to VGA adapter

Update

I've sent my Powerbook in to get repairs... hopefully I'll figure out what's wrong and it'll be fixed!
