iPod touch My iPod touch won't add photos.

Well, I'm a first time poster, so Hi.

But my iPod touch was given to me a few days ago by my friend, it was his younger sister's. No matter what I try and do, I can't get it to save any pictures.

I can't sync it with my iTunes, or it'll delete all the applications, which I don't wanna do.

Is there anyway to fix this problem, or am I just stupid..?
 
iTunes should allow you to sync photos without syncing apps/music. Each of the tabs can be synced with a different computer system if you so wished. If you purchased the apps and they're on your computer system, you aren't likely to lose anything by letting it proceed through the sync process.
