Blackra1n and Installous Apps

If I use blackra1n to jailbreak, then download some installous apps, if I remove the Jailbreak, will the apps still function?
 
They will if you install appsync for 3.1. Then you can sync them with iTunes and it doesn't matter if it's jailbroken or not. It works for me.
