I have a laser engraved iPod. If it breaks (under warranty) am I still allowed to send it back (it said you can't return it, but I assumed that it's referring to refunds)? Does the new one they send have my laser engraving?

you can def. send it back (if it's defective), but your new one won't have the engraving. not positive on the latter though.
