3gs: No pics/video/All bar along top in camera roll?

When i goto the default cam roll app its just all my pics and vids and no sorting options but when i goto the camera app then click back to the camera roll it has a filter menu to seperate the pics from vids etc

is this a bug?

do you honestly need a picture to help me resolve this!

here you go.. see the bar along the top!

please help or atleast clarify this so im not going insane

Mine's the same.

It's not very clever I agree. Maybe it's a bug or maybe it's just like that.

Surely it would make sense to let us tab like this in cam roll app !

i send the "bug" to apple and all i got back was...
