macOS Apple Remote Exclusive Mode

Hello, it appears that exclusive mode is not working in Snow Leopard. FrontRow still seems to have exclusive mode, but I can't find anywhere how to get into exclusive mode.

Anyone one knows how to, or have a link to where I can find out?
