What is the best way to save all my Safari settings - I have accrued a wealth of saved web addresses, and would be at a loss if for any reason
my system crashed/got damaged.

Do I have to make a copy of my application, its preference files, its database etc. Then I could copy them back to their respective places and have all my old settings back.

cheers for any help

Just make a copy of your bookmarks file, found here - /Users/ShortUserName/Library/Safari/Bookmarks.plist
