Is there an option to use it like the new glass mouse trackpads without any physical buttons being emulated?

Yes, there is. You can use it just like a trackpad if you want. Very cool, IMO. I have a mini as a media server and use the iPhone to control it this way.

Those black buttons are hideous. Very anti-apple.

I bought this back when it was like $5. It was worth it though. Works even on my college's wifi network with no lag.

Does anyone know if this app (or any other app in the app store) can be used as a multi-touch input device on a PC?

Specifically I want to run the Windows Touch pack programs but I don't have a touch screen, so it'd be great if I could get an iPhone app to act as the multi-touch Touch screen input for me.

Bought this app awhile ago. Never able to get it to work with my MBP, despite attempts by developer to help me work thru the set up. First app I'm completely disappointed in. It sounds awesome, but it clearly doesn't work for everyone. That said, the dev seems willing to help you work thru any issues you might have.

gonna try it, does it need to be connected to a data source (wifi or 3G) to work?

Just picked this up!

This app is awesome! I've had my eye on it for some time. But I was turned off by the steep price. However, when I saw that it was on sale, I had to jump ship and purchase it. It works flawlessly on my Vista/64 bit PC. Thanks for the heads up.

I bought it for a dumb reason. Hoping to see if it works later today for me! Lol!!

FYI, I had it on my appshopper wish list - so I got a nifty email message when the price dropped. I love that feature, and there have been some with short drops and I would have missed them without it!

So go sign up for one!!

I used Air Mouse Pro for a long time and i find out that TouchPad is better because it support 1, 2, 3, 4 finger gestures... unlike this one you need to touch big buttons just to click something.

You can't use Touchpad on Windows, so I think that Air Mouse Pro is for me.

Yup. Thats a big letdown. Mac will always be my main computer but I still have to use windows too. Unless they add windows support, Air Mouse is definitely the better choice here also considering it`s 50% ceaper than TouchPad at the moment.
