Best Hacks?

What would be your favorite and by far, the best hacks to use on mac OS X?

(IMO, Hacks defined as a way to modify the appearance and core of the OS.)

Mine would be:

Konfabulator (It's an app, but, it's sweet...)

APEManger (Cleardock, windowShadeX)

MenuBar

Onyx (Sort of a hack)

I hope you get the idea... Please share your opinions or comments.

Duff-Man says...I am parial to Clear Dock (for the nice appearance) and Fruit Menu (for the functionality)....oh yeah!

Mine would be transparent dock, konfabulator (script bar widget is indispensable), and window shade x.

my favorites

My favorites are:

1. disk-image / DLT / external FW DVD burner output from iDVD 3.01 and 4

2. monitor-spanning for iBooks, iMacs and eMacs

3. "NoSleep," which only worked for 10.2.6 and its successor, "Sleepless," which will probably never surface.
