I have a 12" Powerbook G4 that made some rather loud mechanical turning, motor sounds yesterday. It sounded like it it was having a hard time with something, kind of slowing and dragging; whatever was spinning. I promptly shut it down. Today I haven't had any problems yet.
But does anyone have any ideas what it could be? And is it okay to still use as long as the sounds aren't being made? (I don't want to end up damaging it)
