Pismo, 802.11g, and APExpress

I think I know the answer to this, but I'd like someone to confirm it for me before I go out and start buying everything. 🙂

I have a Pismo laptop with a free PCMCIA slot, which I believe I can get an 802.11g module for. I'd like to eventually get a PM G5, and network the Pismo with this and my stereo using AP express. I'd like to thing that everything would play together nicely, I'd be able to stream to my stereo from the Pismo, and the network would run at 802.11g speeds rather than 802.11b.

Anyone see a reason why this wouldn't work?

there's a website with a list of PCMCIA cards that Mac's can use, and hacks/instructions... but i can't seem to find it right now. But i've had my ex-gf's netgear G card in my pismo before and it worked okay with the hacks.
 
I believe Sonnet Technologies makes a Mac compatible 802.11g PCMCIA card for the PB, I believe its called the Aero Express.
