crap, deleted project, please help!

I deleted a word document and emptied my recycle bin, is there any way at all to get it back?

😱 😱 How'd you do that?

Try Norton Undelete. I used it when I killed my iTunes library. Other than that, you're in it deep, dude.

Crap is right. I remebered- I was using Undelete in VPC. But you can go back into word. It usually autosaves stuff after you shut the window.
