Cache wiping and privacy tools in general
Are there any recommendations on tools to clear caches and wipe old files. In particular - I have noticed that my mail cache continues to grow daily and each time I do a virus scan there are more files to scan - not a big problem, just an irritant.

If you use Safari, open it up and under the menu "Safari" select empty cache.
