Epson C82 not printing magenta

Hey guys... you always seem to be able to help me in my time of need. I have an Epson C82 that stopped printing magenta. I have cleaned the print heads 2 dozen times now. I have replaced the cartridge twice. Everything else prints fine.

Suggestions?
 
No suggestion but if it makes you feel better... Magenta is the only color my Epson C80 will print in... I replaced all the inks at once and can only get Magenta to work. So I just print everything in Magenta. 🙂
 
Between the two of us we have single printer 😛

Still working on the problem, so if someone has a suggestion, please give it 🙁
