Lockscreen problem.

First of all. The original bar the iPhone has at the top of the lockscreen doesn't disappear. How do I fix that?

The weather widget on the lockscreen is only showing Geneva weather even though I put the right code for my area. Have I missed something?

Fixed the weather just how do I get rid of the clock and date?

try Lockscreen Clock Hide (in Cydia)
