sticky keys on PB 17!! HELP

Just today at work my left shift key is all funky???!!! Sticking. As well I have other keys that SQUEAK!! Any ways is there a fix for this. Driving me nuts. Nothing corrupted my key board. Clean as a spring day. I work on my PB all day and it is killing me. Dielectric grease, silicone spray (on a q-tip)??? Thanks in advance
 
I had a couple keys start being wierd. Namely the ctrl and enter keys on the right side. I just popped them out, and put them back in and all was good.
