i know that the itunes is only in england and germany and france, but do you know if it is possible to use a gift cert from the us , to perchase music from itunes in denmark? just curious i have these certs, but i will be in denmark for a year.....

Look here for the answer. Apparently, gift cards/certificates aren't valid outside the USA.

There will be a European wide iTMS this autumn (if Steve is to be believed). The entire store will be in English (i.e. not localised) and priced in Euros. You may well need a credit/debit card with a billing address in one of the covered countries though (similar to now).

Yes. It should be "open" in October.

MW Paris will probably be the venue when Steve pronounces the exact date.
