External Placeholder and Embedded Web Content in Tab Bar Application Help

I am creating an iPhone application for our church. I want it to have 3 views.
View 1 Sermon Blog
View 2 Our Preacher's Blog
View 3 Those serving in worship Service.

I know how to use interface builder to get the basic structure down, but what can I do to have the views pull the different RSS Feeds from the Web for the first 2 views, and a picture I have made uploaded to the server of the list of those serving each month (this way I can just change the picture every month and the iPhone will pull up the new one each time)?
